Development of comprehensive, Individualized Support Plans that are built on the principles of self-determination and positive culture and support activities to meet the outcomes desired by rach individual;
Recognition and protection of the inherent rights of individuals who are developmentally disabled and their families; and
Community understanding of the integration of individuals with developmental disabilities into the mainstream of the community.

Now Hiring Direct Support Professionals
The successful applicant will:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to pass a criminal background
- Be able to pass a Physical which includes drug and alcohol screening
- Have the ability to work independently
- Hold a valid Drivers License and a satisfactory driving record
Experience is preferred but not required. thorough training will be provided
