Our Goals:
The development of personal care, home and community living skills and community life experience. To encourage self-advocacy, informed choice and supportive decision making so the individual can live the life they choose.
Utilize Person Centered Thinking and Practices (PCT and P) to support and assist the person to direct the services included in their OISP.
For DSP’s, DSP Home Managers, administrative and support staff of MRI to incorporate PCT and P, self-determination , positive culture, and respect in their interaction and engagement with individuals throughout the day.
Recognition, advocacy, and protection of the right of the individual as citizens of the United States and the State of Ohio.
Promote community inclusion for the benefit and growth of the individual and for the community to experience and develop an understanding that the enjoyment and challenges of the life for people with DD are no different than their own.

Now Hiring Direct Support Professionals
The successful applicant will:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to pass a criminal background
- Be able to pass a Physical which includes drug and alcohol screening
- Have the ability to work independently
- Hold a valid Drivers License and a satisfactory driving record
Experience is preferred but not required. thorough training will be provided
